• Intake information you share when booking a session: discussion topic, prayer requests, referral source, and any optional details you choose to provide.
• Appointment details: the service booked, date, time, and duration.
• Payment confirmation information (never your full card number — see Payments below).
• Basic technical information from your device (such as browser type) needed to operate the website securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.
• Contact you before or after a session (typically by phone or email).
• Provide the biblical encouragement and wellness education you requested.
• Respond to questions and prayer requests submitted through the contact form.
• Improve the safety and quality of the ministry.

3. How Appointment Information Is Stored

Appointment records and intake responses are stored in our secure database with access controls. Only Breanna and authorized administrators can view your information. We keep records only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.

4. Payment Information (Stripe)

Paid sessions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — we never see, store, or transmit your full card number. We only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with the amount and a session reference.

5. Google Calendar (Scheduling)

We use Google Calendar to display availability and to schedule your appointment on Breanna's calendar. When you book a session, an event is created on the ministry's Google Calendar containing your name, phone number, email, service, and appointment time so Breanna can call you at the correct number. Google Calendar is not used for video meetings — sessions take place by phone call.

6. Contact Form Submissions

Messages you send through the Wellness Contact Form are stored in our secure database and reviewed by Breanna. They are used only to respond to you and are not shared publicly.

7. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling, and our hosting provider) strictly to operate the ministry, or when required by law.

8. Your Choices

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@soulfedinchrist.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some records may be retained as required for accounting or legal reasons.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the information you entrust to us.

10. Children's Privacy

This website and its services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
