1. Nature of Services

SoulFed 360 Wellness Center provides biblical encouragement, spiritual guidance, faith-based wellness education, and coaching rooted in Christian principles. All sessions are for spiritual encouragement, education, prayer, and faith-based guidance only.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Services

SoulFed 360 Wellness Center is not a licensed provider of, and our services are not a substitute for:

• Mental health therapy, psychotherapy, or clinical counseling
• Medical diagnosis or medical treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advisory, investment, or tax services

If you are experiencing a mental health, medical, legal, or financial issue, please consult a qualified licensed professional. Nothing shared during a session should be construed as professional advice in these areas.

3. Emergency Situations

This website and its sessions are not for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. In the United States you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Appointments Are by Phone

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions take place by phone call. Breanna will call you at the phone number you provided during booking at your scheduled appointment time. You are responsible for providing an accurate, working phone number and being available in a quiet, private space at that time.

5. Payment

Paid sessions require payment in full at the time of bookingthrough our secure Stripe checkout. Your appointment time is reserved only after payment is received. Free consultations do not require payment.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by emailing info@soulfedinchrist.com.
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time at Breanna's discretion.
• If Breanna needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

7. Confidentiality

What you share during a session is treated with respect and pastoral confidentiality. However, because we are not licensed clinicians, communications are not protected by therapist-patient privilege. Information may be disclosed if required by law or if there is a credible threat of harm to yourself or others.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and phone information at booking.
• Be available for the call at the scheduled time.
• Use the guidance received prayerfully and at your own discretion.
• Seek qualified professional help for any clinical, medical, legal, or financial concerns.

9. No Guarantees

While we pray for and encourage each client, we make no guarantee of any specific spiritual, emotional, financial, or life outcome.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written material, scripture references, graphics, and session materials — is the property of SoulFed 360 Wellness Center and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
